I have not blogged for the last couple weeks. Lazy I guess
I have not been as good this time around. I have lost 6 more lbs but should have lost at least 10. For some stupid reason I keep putting little things in my mouth that I know are going to bite me in the butt.
For some reason...... at the time I must think it's worth it. I also feel more hungry and have a little more cravings on the drops than I did no the shots, I think. I am going to keep plugging away and hope I will stop cheating. It's only holding me back.

Day 3 of HCG round 2
I did weight watchers for 5 days and it was up and down just like maintenance. So I thought I am waisting time here. I need to loose weight not maintenance.I have maintenance for over 3 weeks. So I started the HCG again. I had my 2 fat loading days on valentines day and the next day. Started the diet on 2/16/11 at 174.8. that is the highest i got on maintenance. So today is 2/18/11 and i am down to 170.4 So in two days i lost 4.4 lbs. I cant wait to see that 169 or less. maybe tomorrow. :)

Up 1.4. I had some mashed potato's with dinner last night and 1/2 a dinner roll.

Day 39

It's pretty easy to stay on maintenance. I would like some carbs but it's o.k. I am surprised I am maintaining and not loosing. I am eating between 1100 and 1300 a day. I am not suppose to be loosing right now so I guess that's good.
