I know this is going to be hard, but I'm determined to stick with it. Lord help me. I have been following Megan who did this through the holidays. I keep thinking if she did it at the hardest time of the year, I can do it too. Congratulations to you Megan.
Day one and day two are fun of course, because your eating whatever you want. I have been staying at the same weight for several months now. no matter what I do, I stay between 190 and 193. If I am good with my food and exercising I can get to 189 for a day or so and then I'm back up. As I have looked back at my previous diets, it's no wonder I get discouraged and quit. I will diet for 1-2 weeks and maybe loose a pound. If I am really really lucky, I will loose one pound a week. But that means I have to really kick butt to accomplish that. Exercising everyday and really strict on my food.

Day 2
Today is the second day of loading I weighed in today at 190.2
